Cathleen Mahan retired earlier this year from a career as a Registered Nurse for four decades. "The horror of the last month of work was like nothing I had ever experienced,” says Mahan. “The expectation of professional altruism- as our PPE was being taken away was astounding. This assemblage sculpture was made as a way to channel the uncertainty and fear of this time."
