HOW WILL WE USE OUR HANDS TO HEAL? |
Arielle Moss

“The academic grind of the first two years of medical school and the rigor of clinical rotations can make it hard for medical students to remember why we pursued medicine in the first place. While the hours we spend studying for the next test or synthesizing a differential diagnosis are all in the name of honing our lifelong practice of medicine and caring for our patients with compassion, I asked 10 of my fellow medical students how they ultimately hope to use their hands to heal. I hope these photos serve as a reminder of their ‘why.’”
